7 Characteristics of a good leader

While a good leader can be taught and developed, I have always believed some people have natural born abilities to control nature. Some people have personal characteristics that allow them to be a leader without being taught.

But what are these characteristics? Let's look at each attribute.

1. A good leader is one who can be trusted to lead others. They have a good character and is honest with integrity. They set a positive example and earns the right to be a leader. 2. A good leader is confident about its capabilities. In order to lead a group, the leader must demonstrate that he or she is safe and able to set directions. He / she instills confidence in others who excel them in turn to do the best for the team.
