Effectively Coping with change


Maybe you're stuck, feeling dissatisfied and unhappy, but not able to make changes
in your life to achieve your goals. Perhaps you vaguely dissatisfied and I'm not sure why
and where to find happiness. Maybe stressed and overloaded with work or life in general.

Do you feel physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted? You lack the energy to enjoy the things you love? Want to improve your health? Do you want to have a better personal relationship or family? You know you want to change, but you can not start or do not know where to start.

Change can be difficult. It means taking risks. It requires commitment, courage and action. As an experienced coach, I understand the challenges of change. The support and guide my clients successfully adjust to and cope with change. The experience is challenging and changing their lives!

Understanding the changes

The sound of the word can create anxiety, discomfort and fear. We tend to focus our energies to avoid changes, rather than accept as a normal part of life. Despite the fact that we know the change is part of life and change can provide solutions to our challenges' remain uncertain about how to effectively manage change and thrive in it.

Recent research on changes

New research on our minds now reveals exactly why the change is so hard 'and what we can do to leverage the insight, creativity and performance in the workplace and beyond. In September of CIO Magazine cover story of Results Coaching Systems founder David Rock and renowned research psychiatrist Jeffrey Schwartz discuss the basic neuroscience of change, and suggest strategies for making change easier for ourselves and others.
