Temper Management 101
Driven to meet?-Ha and the pressure was on you, you are getting hot and you lit?-Sound familiar?
For those who have a character, anger management is a problem to deal with the rest of their life.-No matter how much time has passed since you 'blew up' is just around the corner if you are not aware of, or if you have not done anything to address it.
I know from personal experience that you can be at the center of 'an episode' and have a vague awareness within that sort of says: "What is happening here, what made you take?" or, "Calm down, it is not so bad ... you look like you're scaring your loved ones with your anger!"-It 's very rare that I snap these days, and when I do not so destructive, but the potential is there and I am a person that needs to be constantly reminded of the negative power of my character.
What are some general ideas for managing temperament?
- Discover your trigger (s) and the awareness of the stimuli that produce triggers in you to 'fuse blowing.'
- Find your personal strategies to cope with stimuli-productively. It needs to be the problem, you own. -
- Ask yourself: "What could be the underlying problem in me caused me frustrated enough to lose his temper?" There is always an underlying problem.
- You only get with a tenacity to meet your nemesis and grow through it. -It 's a case of trial and error and continuous availability to learn and improve.
- If all else fails seek professional help.
- Always apologize, and we always forgiveness.-Again, it could mean that you have made your dash.-Do not you deserve another chance to be trusted-Be? Honest.
In fact we have one of two options available to us in responding to life situations.-1) Answer with the fear that anger, temper, envy, malice, etc., or 2) to respond in love - the antithesis of fear.
We can not respond with love without faith.-If we have faith we have no love to offer, and no power of love to hold our tongues and resist-blowing. addition, we need vision of hope. - We need to be able to 'see' hope.-feel hopeless and have not had the chance.
Anger never achieves anything worth.-By taking the time to cool down and then face the problem in the cool light of day, there is a way that works in every situation.
