Corporate team building activities - failure to achieve results
Your corporate team building program has not been a success? Here are four possible reasons.
1) Lack of understanding why they are there.
If participants are not aware of the reason for the team building program there can be some serious hostility. Some coordinators like "keep people in the dark" and the surprise when the team building program starts.
