Physical Stamina


Resistance is the physical quality that allows us to physically and mentally withstand a load for a given time (Solé, J. 2008). Another interesting definition may be resistance: resistance is the ability to withstand the physical demands, tactics and techniques established by a particular game or sport system (Massafret et al. 1999).
