Famous Women Entrepreneurs - Three things I know for success
I am fascinated to learn from famous women entrepreneurs who had the idea and made it happen. The interesting thing is that some of these women do not necessarily have the ideal background for the success or the circumstances, but that does not hold. They have overcome their obstacles and has established itself in a world dominated by businessmen.
There is a pattern that emerges when you take a look at what these diverse women entrepreneurs have in common women such as Mary Kay Ash, Anita Roddick and Debbi Fields. I found three things these famous women entrepreneurs knew and demonstrated about success that I found important in my life as an entrepreneur.
Three things to know ... famous women entrepreneurs
1. Believe in yourself
Mary Kay Ash quote: "Do not limit yourself Many people only what they think they can do You can go as far as your mind allows you to what you believe, remember that you can achieve ...."
I like this quote because the right mindset is the number one determinant of success in business and in life. I often talk about the importance of having a healthy mindset. In fact, I devoted an entire section first time in my direct sales Success system mentality, because it is really the foundation of success.
As can be seen in the quote Mary Kay, to believe in yourself that you have to let go of "limiting" beliefs. A belief "limiting" is something that you believe is true about you that is not true and you can not go on.
If you believe in yourself, you can achieve your goals. Regardless of past success (or not), it is quite possible to succeed in the future. It requires your faith and the ability to change the story you told the circumstances of the past. Really knowing what you want to insert your best thoughts and actions forward.
2. Have a support system
Anita Roddick quote: "We entrepreneurs are loners, vagabonds, troublemakers Success is simply a matter of finding and surrounding ourselves with those open-minded and clever souls can take our insanity and put it to good use.».
What I like about this quote is its self-awareness. Although not necessarily agree that all entrepreneurs are loners, vagabonds or troublemakers, I think we all have strengths and weaknesses. One of the most important lessons I learned from Metromom of departure is that you can not do it alone. But, you can achieve amazing things when you create a team and leverage the strengths of each.
If you want to be truly successful, then you must have a fantastic support system. I learned to delegate whether it means having friends to carpool my children, VA is set-up my ezine or business coaches to help me discover the next step in my marketing plan. Learn to enjoy the collaborative process of what others add to the process of building your business.
3. Being of service
Debbi Fields Quote: "The principle was right there - could not miss the more you have done for your clients, the more they have done for us.".
One can see from this quote that her focus has never been only a single sale, it was creating a significant long-term relationship with its customers. When you step outside your personal attention and start
Wondering how you can be of service to others, you embark on the road to success.
Customers sense when your goal is to be of service and will reward you with their loyalty. Instead of focusing on "What's in it for me?" - Diverting attention to yourself. Drawing the attention of "What am I going to give?"
Whether or not you want to be famous, believing in yourself, have a support system to be of service will help you be an entrepreneur's most successful and happier. Yes, there is much we can learn from these famous women entrepreneurs or by other traders in our lives that show real leadership .......
