Tip Les Brown on how to keep a positive attitude

Not long ago, I reviewed a DVD of the famous Les Brown University success in personal development package delivered to me for membership.

Les Brown said Horace Mann, 'We should be ashamed to die until we have made some contribution to mankind.'

This hit me like a hammer on a nail.

As I watched Les Brown talking about, thoughts about life and death flew into my mind ... no I'm not talking about religion or our spiritual life. But I suddenly realized that life is really unpredictable, do not you think? There are many things that we have no control as:

- When we are born

- Where we are born

- That we are born to

- When you die

- Where you die

For me, the real challenge is not one of us knows how long we have on this planet to achieve our dreams and goals, as well as Les Brown said that most people are not willing to fight for your dreams!

Les also said that we need to detoxify our lives if we really want to be successful because people do not achieve their objectives because there are too many negative people in their lives. We need to stay away from those that break down, criticize us, tell us our limits, because studies have shown that if someone says 'you can not do that', it takes sixteen people to say 'you can' neutralize the 'negative effect!

So, we need to hear the tapes on the positive things again and again to keep fighting for our dreams.

For example, if you did a program of weight loss and you stop, you would get back all the weight and some other.

Another quote that Les said that makes a lot of sense to me is this:

'In order to do something you never did, you have to be someone you've never been!'

As he concluded, Les Brown has said that the information contained in office and success of new member universities can transform our lives.
