Top Website Design Tips - Making Clean and Simple
When deciding on the layout of your site, there are a couple of important truths to keep in mind. The first and most important is the audience (or potential viewers / customers). What are the tastes of your audience and dislikes, and why they want to look at your site over a competitor. There must be a reason to keep a person at your site.
Also, keep in mind that the medium is used, namely the Internet. People on the internet want instant gratification. They need to know within the first 3 seconds that have found the right site to meet their needs. In fact, studies indicate that the majority of people using the Internet is not even read any text while browsing, always scanning. Try your hand at this moment to see if this is true. Therefore, you must remember to keep the layout and text interspersed with clean and easy to scan text. Not too cluttered or adapt the text in any section or a page like this is too daunting for someone looking for instant gratification.
Take a look around for some competitors. Spy on their websites and see what attracts you to their site, and more importantly, what keeps you on their website. This is extremely important is that you're building a website for a small business because consumers have many options when you purchase a good or service from a small company. Before consumers make a choice and purchase, usually 3-5 have exhausted other options. If your site has had the good fortune of being watched, your chances improve if you were only able to please the customer with a consumer friendly web site .......
