Influence of the leader in Work Teams
Throughout our lives, we have never been alone, we've always been a member of different teams, either at home with our parents and siblings in the school with our classmates, work with each of members of the company, but it is up to each element being a good team.
But first let's define what it is: a team is a group of individuals that cooperate to achieve a single overall result. The development team must start with the feeling of a strong need to improve some conditions or basic processes that are interfering with the attainment of organizational goals.
There are different types of equipment:

Functional teams, special forces can be designed to integrate efforts and implement a formidable task.
