At that time, at the beginning of EGAII youth was with us, the spirit, the interest of giving birth to a qualifier Graduate School with excellence, where the master of business administration with its terms and Industrial Engineering, is transformed into an opportunity to collaborate with Monterrey, Mexico in its transformation, training, training professionals according to the needs of the environment at that time, never losing sight of the impact of globalization, effects, effects that indicated what type of training was the need to prepare to enter the challenges, changes, it generates turbulence.

I confess as I have pointed out that a positive endorsement on behalf of the structuring of programs, defining the required profile was accompanied by our own experience as graduates of the only institution which by then had Monterrey, ITESM as was EGADE , of which I am honored and grateful having formed.

Through a SWOT on what by then represent the reality of their commitments EGADE all be academic, research, participatory, their business relationship, we promised to give life to what is now a reality EGAII, where despite to know that our home would face serious weaknesses in the economic, educational, participants provided confidence that we place the university authorities to engage support, could make the necessary leap from its inception to represent to Monterrey EGAII a new openness to growth , a new style of teaching and research, commitment, endogenous development, so that participants become true agents of change, capable of giving way to companies, institutions in the region a more dynamic organizational culture, authentic , proactive, visionary managerial leadership, fully identified with the needs of your environment, ensuring that companies, development, success, competitiveness. .

Encouraged us to Mario and some teachers who accompanied us on this odyssey, the possibility of converting to an institution EGAII graduate fully identified and committed to the region where participants meet new challenges, for it offered another way of teaching, more open, andragogical, at least to what corresponded to me, more binding with major companies in the region, more typical of the problems the country faced at that time.

It was always a target for me to maintain a dynamic linking of the institution, with the business sector, with other graduate schools nationally and internationally to make way for the exchange of students and teachers, develop Congresses, conventions that benefited all concerned. I tried many times to bond with the OAS, UN, governments and other foundations in order for us to collaborate, assist in the development of this project.
